Anand Bar & Restaurant in Panaji — unbelievable vegetarian thali for ₹150. Been going there for years and the quality never drops.

Roti King near Calangute circle. Their paneer butter masala and garlic naan is better than most fancy restaurants. Under ₹200 for two!

If you're in South Goa — Star Light Bar in Benaulim. Incredible Goan vegetable curry, super cheap, and the owner is a legend. Cash only.

Vinayak Family Restaurant near Mapusa market. Their special vegetable thali on Sundays is legendary — you'll see a queue but it's worth the wait.
